RealPro is a professional community within eXp Realty, led by Emily Barry, where Barry Team agents and independent solo agents work together. Some agents are part of the Barry Team. Others run their own businesses. Everyone is supported through the same standards, education, and community.
This is a platform for agents who want to grow a real business, build long-term wealth, and serve clients at a high level. RealPro provides structure, training, coaching, accountability, and collaboration. It’s built for agents who care about fundamentals and professionalism. It’s not for agents looking for zero training, no community, no standards, or “just a desk."
A Message from Emily Barry
Those of you who know me already know this. And for those who don’t, this will give you a clear picture of how I work and what I value. I don’t take this job lightly. I take this industry seriously. I believe in fundamentals, substance, and doing real work for clients at the highest level. I’m not interested in image, noise, or pretend value. If I put my name on something, it has to be built on standards, professionalism, and genuinely serving people well.
Because of that, I needed a brokerage that operates at the same level. eXp Realty gave me the support and systems I was missing, and alignment with how I lead and how I work. It’s a platform built for agents who want to run a real business, grow long-term, and stay grounded in the work that actually matters.
As of late 2025, eXp is the largest independent brokerage in the world, with over 83,000 agents across 28 countries. It’s cloud-based, which means less money wasted on offices and more invested into agents, tools, and support. It’s publicly traded on NASDAQ under EXPI, and agents can earn real equity through production and contribution. That mattered to me. Ownership matters when you’re thinking long-term.
After more than twenty years in this business and leading a team through every kind of market, I wasn’t looking for flash. I was looking for substance. eXp invests in things that actually help agents do their jobs well. Real CRM options. Free IDX websites through Lofty or Blaze. Solid transaction management. Real training. 24/7 support. In Ontario, we have multiple non-selling managing brokers and dedicated departments for luxury, commercial, teams, and relocation. The financial model is simple and fair. An 80/20 split with a $16,000 cap. Once you cap, you keep almost everything you earn.
What sealed it for me was the layered support through upline communities, combined with the freedom to build my own organization. You don’t just join a brokerage. You join a network of leaders who value standards, mentorship, and doing things the right way. That environment helps good agents become great, and helps great agents build careers that last.
Some agents in our community choose to explore long-term wealth opportunities available at eXp, including revenue share, stock awards, and leadership pathways. This is optional and always secondary to building a strong, ethical real estate business.
For me, eXp isn’t about being different for the sake of it. It’s about being better. Better support. Higher standards. Real ownership. And a platform that allows serious agents to build something meaningful and sustainable. Honestly, it would feel like a disservice not to share this with my friends and colleagues.

Optional Mentor Program. Support for New Agents. Leadership for Experienced Agents
Our Mentor Program gives experienced agents the opportunity to lead, collaborate, and give back while helping newer agents learn and grow. Mentors earn a 10% commission on these deals while helping uphold strong standards and develop confident, capable agents within our community.
Initial Meet & Greet
Connect with your Mentee for an introductory meeting. Discuss goals, expectations, and establish regular communication patterns to ensure a productive mentoring relationship.
Shadowing Opportunities
Provide at least one shadowing opportunity for key appointments: buyer consultations, listing presentations, offer presentations, home inspections, or open houses. Real-world observation is invaluable for learning.
Mentorship Responsibilities
Assist Mentees with drafting and reviewing all paperwork before client signatures. Oversee the first 5 transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper submission. Review Broker Load and REALM drafts for listings before going live.
Ongoing Support
Encourage Mentees to attend all available training sessions. Facilitate participation in local house tours and open house coverage. This Mentorship Program is specific to Emily Barry 's RealPro Community and is not part of the exp Mentorship Program. *
